Senior Main Russ Duer is a martial arts and cocky-defense instructor who has over 30 years of experience in training people around the globe. He is a passionate instructor who will motivate and inspire y'all to acquire in an energetic and enjoyable environs. He blends many different methods of self-defense that he has learned and trained from other disciplines into the Songahm Taekwondo curriculum. Senior Primary Duer incorporates these methods and styles into a developmental plan, tailored to the individual student in which each technique builds on the last. Duer'southward ATA is a comprehensive manner which makes the most complicated techniques like shooting fish in a barrel and fun to learn.

Master Duer and the rest of the staff in that location are amazing. Iii of my children go there and all of them honey information technology and are… not only learning taekwondo, only they are learning cracking skills and accountability.
